From beginning to end, this was a great experience. They operated with patience as I asked questions, were always punctual, and were very efficient about the work that needed to be done. Linda was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall, they made what could have been a bad situation over the holidays, a workable situation, and I am very appreciative.

I've been employed at SERVPRO for a 1 1/2 year's now. The location and establishment of the business is wonderful. Working in the restoration industry is a very rewarding career that offers a lot of potential for growth. The staff here are very nice and always eager to help. I've enjoyed my time at SERVPRO of Longview/ Kelso. The Owner Ryan Grady, is unlike any other employer I've ever worked for and is incredibly understanding and caring of his employees.

SERVPRO was able to come dry out our kitchen leak the following day from our first initial call. Speedy, friendly, and even willing to come out on a Sunday! We were recommended to use SERVPRO from Heritage Construction in Longview.
