Vacation home consumed of mold after a small water leak upstairs.

We all love family outing's, road trips, and a vacation every now and again. Maintaining your vacation home is always a priority but even then sometimes the unpredictable happens. So what do you do when you arrive at your vacation home and it has suffered extensive amounts of water and mold damage. The home had only been unoccupied for approximately 1 month but had a small unknow leak in a pipe from the upstairs bathroom. The untreated water, moister and continues slow leak caused mold to grow in excess amounts. Which is why anytime you endure Water damage, timing is important to avoid secondary water damage and mold/bacterial growth. In this home, the water caused the living room ceiling to cave, had mold growing approximately 2-3FT. up every interior wall, destroyed their belongings, and ran all the way down to the crawl space. The vacation home had to be completely restored, cleaned, and treated/sealed.
