Mold remediation in a crawl space.
Working in crawl space's may seem frightening to so many but not to the technicians at SERVPRO, we are always up for the challenge. In this crawl space pictured here, it had a large amount of water damage that went untreated and suffered secondary mold growth.
Our highly trained restoration technicians dived in to extract the water and begin the restoration process. The insulation in this home had to be removed and all other affected materials. Once the extracting and removal was completed, our technicians continued with mold remediation and cleanup. The process of cleaning and restoring a large water/mold loss, can be a bit longer due to the amount of time it takes to get the structure dried out. We have specialized equipment to measure the extent of moisture saturation.
We use sensitive moisture detectors, hygrometers, and other equipment to detect, measure, and monitor a properties moisture level this way we can ensure it is completely dried. As pictured here we have Industrial strength air movers and dehumidifiers running and have already used sanitizing agents, and done a anti-microbial treatment to clean and stop further growth and damage.
